Airboy Comics was a series published by Hillman Periodicals, with its first issue debuting in 1945 as part of the Golden Age of Comics. The comic mainly revolved around its titular character, Airboy, a youthful aviator and adventurer. Known for its mix of war, adventure, and crime stories, Airboy Comics also featured the popular characters Valkyrie and the Heap. Airboy Comics enjoyed a solid run, concluding in 1953 after nine volumes.
In a time long forgotten, Zzed was born under a celestial phenomenon that granted him the gift of immortality. As a child, he was unaware of the powers that lay dormant within him. He led a simple life, playing with friends, attending school, and dreaming of the future.
As Zzed grew older, he started to notice that he was different from those around him. While others aged and succumbed to illness, Zzed remained eternally young and healthy. Curiosity piqued, he embarked on a journey to uncover the secrets of his immortality. He studied ancient texts and sought the wisdom of sages, but no one could provide any answers. Zzed felt isolated, cursed to live forever in a world that would never truly understand him.
As centuries passed, Zzed’s heart grew cold and bitter. He watched generations of loved ones perish, while he remained trapped in an unchanging existence. Believing himself a god amongst mortals, he delved deeper into his powers, exploring their limits and capabilities.
With his newfound abilities, Zzed created a universe where he was the supreme ruler. He summoned powerful beasts and demons, commanded the elements, and bent the laws of physics to his whim. As his power grew, so too did his ambition, consuming him entirely.
Over the millennia, Zzed transformed into a villainous figure, wielding his god-like powers to maintain his dominion. Yet, beneath his imposing facade, he was still tormented by his eternal existence, yearning for the companionship and understanding that he had lost.
As the centuries continued to pass, Zzed began to see Earth as a realm that needed his divine guidance. He devised a plan to reshape the world in his image, bringing it under his rule and purging it of the imperfections he perceived. In his twisted vision, Zzed would create a world free of suffering and mortality, a utopia where he could finally belong.
